Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in the suspension or termination of LMS access.

3. Usage Guidelines
The LMS is for personal educational use only. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution of course materials is prohibited.Any misuse of the LMS, including attempts to hack, disrupt, or extract data, will result in immediate account termination.

4. Content and Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, assignments, and supplemental materials, is the intellectual property of Measure Marketer.
Users may not download, reproduce, or distribute course content without prior written permission.

5. Technical Requirements
Users must ensure they meet the technical requirements (e.g., compatible devices, stable internet connection) for accessing the LMS.
Measure Marketer is not responsible for user-side technical issues that hinder LMS access.

6. LMS Downtime and Maintenance
While we strive for 24/7 access to the LMS, occasional downtime for maintenance or updates may occur.
Measure Marketer is not liable for any disruptions in LMS access due to unforeseen technical issues or updates.

7. Termination of Access
Measure Marketer reserves the right to terminate LMS access for users violating the Terms and Conditions, including non-compliance with payment schedules or misuse of the platform.
Users whose access has been terminated due to violations will not be eligible for refunds.
